:: I took a look at his deleted contributes again. He marked a handful of pages though January - March, and in late April he marked 29. There was also the Prince Pasta Purge™ in late May, and he marked a gazillion pages in December 2015. So he does fit the requirements actually. But I think he should be a bit more active when it comes to editing/marking pages, because he's a bit inconsistent.
