Under the Floor

Have you ever heard someone say they heard footsteps downstairs, when no one else is home? Well, wouldn't it be scarier if they heard footsteps downstairs, when they were in the basement? Like the footsteps you're hearing now, sitting in your basement on the computer. Would that scare you? What if there was someone down there, doing things, scratching at the floorboards beneath you? That would be pretty scary, huh?

To make it worse, what if it wasn't a person at all, but a creature under your house; feeding off the pests in the ground. What if it was this creature that made the sounds you heard when you were little, that scared you all the way back to your bed, to hide under the covers. What if I told you monsters were real and they are under your basement? You would be scared right? Then... try to ignore the sounds of my many claws scraping the ground, I'll be done soon...
