Hey Skelly. Can I make a Re-upload warning template? I've decided that I'm going to enact a lot of these rules posted in [[Thread:27412|SG's thread about proper bans and blocks on this wiki]]. Towards my opinion, I find them quite well and just going to enact each one (but change some of them, since I find them all quite silly and quite out-of-the-ordinary). If you don't like the rule, feel free to omit it out of the rules.
