my parents have their own, "exclusive" legend, carried down orally. its called "Kizutsuita Otoko", or Kizotoko, for short. they describe it as a fleshy head with a long neck, 3 arms,and the body of a spider, made of the same, consistent flesh material. I really never believed it. although i was one of those kids that frequently had nightmares, i never really had nightmares about the Kizotoko. rather than actually believing my family's stories of Kizutsuita Otoko, i spent my time fishing, jogging, and sometimes playing indie games on my duel screen monitor. i know it may sound rude to not believe in my family's tradition, but if you knew what it was about, you would think it was just a bunch of random words with no meaning. if that's true, which, i thought it was at the time, then, i wouldn't be typing this.

i immediately slammed the door shut, and Fluffy came around, barking her head off. i stumbled back into the bathroom and fainted.
when i woke up, the door was wide open. Fluffy was in the corner of the room, frighteningly whining. i could hear slow slumping of the same strange creature. as soon as i could, i stood up and closed the door yet again. i ran into the kitchen and picked up the phone, calling the police. of course, they didn't listen. as soon as i tried to call my mom, the phone suddenly disconnected. after 5 minutes, i head a loud BANG

i threw the door open and looked both sides. on the left, i could see Kizotoko, who had clearly heard the door fly open. i ran in the opposite direction with Fluffy in my hands. i sprinted to the staircase that went down, and flew down the staircase at break-neck speeds. however, as soon as i turned for the exit when i was at the bottom of the staircase, the other Hollow skinned humanoid was right in my face. with my fight-or-flight instinct, i pushed the monster out of the way and ran towards the exit, which was extremely further away. even though i was making good progress, i looked back, and Kizotoko was directly behind me. i picked up speeds and somehow outran the thing. Finally, i busted down the entrance door, and ran to my car. i finally got out my car ke.... wait. shit.
the car keys were still in the apartment.
