Soon that faded away as well, just leaving the black screen. All music and sounds were gone. It was deathly quiet. A full minute passed. Nothing. I pressed X. Nothing. I pressed start. Nothing. I began mashing all the buttons on the controller. Nothing. This was far too much for me. I ran over, hit eject, and threw the disk out of the console. The PS3 home menu replaced the lingering blackness. I sighed in relief. Thank GOD.
I went over to Gamestop first thing in the morning with the game, demanding a refund. The cashier took the game and gave me my five dollars back. I just couldn't keep that game. It was...dark. It felt...evil. All I cared about was getting rid of that game and forgetting about it ASAP. To this day, I still don't know where that game is. I fished around the bargain bin a few weeks later, and I didn't find it anywhere. Who knows...take a look at the used games isle at you local gaming store. Maybe YOU can be the next to experience..."Darkness"
