The next thing she noticed was a nagging sadness, threatening to drag her down into the current of memories. Then, the memories ended. The creatures green eyes had turned a watery shade of blue—was it crying? It slashed it's claws into the wooden porch under its feet, and then made to leave. But it's darker side had other plans. In a second, the peace of its watery eyes had morphed into a demonic red. The daggers once again were aimed at her abdomen. She said her prayers to whatever irritated God that had sent this foul being down to assail her. Sarah Harrison's body was later found with her throat removed, and with no trace of an attacker. Her parents claim that she was sitting out in the garden, enjoying the weather, as they heard her screams of torment. After an extensive search of the area, no weaponry was found—just footprints that seemed to belong to a cat of a size similar to a lynx. A postmortem of the child's body came up with nothing, and the case was closed due to lack of evidence.
