When I was a kid in 2003, I had a Game Boy Color. I always loved playing Pokemon Yellow on the Game Boy Color. Since I watched the anime, my party consisted of Pokemon that Ash caught (Pikachu, Caterpie, Pidgey, Bulbasaur, Charmander, etc.). The only time I would ever catch any other Pokemon would be to put them in the Pokedex. I would catch them, and then put them in the PC and never use them again. That happened with every single Pokemon. There was one Pokemon that I did somewhat use. That Pokemon was Rattata. I caught one on route 1 near the beginning of my adventure just so I had a backup Pokemon for my Pikachu until I got the Pokemon that I wanted. I threw him at the PC afterwards and never touched it again.
Since my friend Greg was a big fan of video games as well, I called him and asked him if he wanted to come with me to search for Pokemon Yellow. He said that he too wanted to look for a game himself, so we agreed to meet up at my house.
After Gred arrived, we gathered up all the money we can gather and headed off, not knowing how much the games would be. I
We stopped at the GameStop, got out of the car, and walked in. We started to search around the store, but
After that, we left and went to another GameStop. We were about to open the door when someone opened the door. Three or four kids ran out with bags. They hopped in a car and drove off, hitting a few civilians in the process. We ran into the store to ask what had happened. The employee was crawling towards the door, gripping his gut. He told us that those kids just stole their entire supply of Game Boy games. Me and my friend looked at each other, nodded, and ran out of the store to our car. Greg tripped over the poor GameStop employee, but he recovered quickly and we ran to the car to chase after the Game Boy theives. Luckily, their van had hit a light pole and was temporarily stopped. They backed up and started driving away as we sped up to them.

We chased them for a bit. Those kids could really drive. They drifted on corners like it was nothing and drove the car off of a bridge into a highway and landed without a problem, blasting music the whole way through. We followed closely behind, even though the highway might have slowed us down, we quickly caught up once again.
Eventually, they turned into an exit so quickly that we
We walked into my house and up to my room. Greg pulled his 3DS from his pants and I grabbed my Gameboy from my closet. He inserted his game, and I inserted mine. We played for the next few hours until he left to go home. I went to bed at around 8:45 PM.
The next morning I made breakfast and decided to play Pokemon Yellow as I ate breakfast. I turned on the game and was greeted to the Viridian City music. Except it
After awhile I made it to the Elite Four. Across the entire game it only had the pitter patter as background music, and those shadows followed me wherever I went. Strangely enough, I almost never encountered any wild Pokemon, so the only way to get XP was through trainer battles. I thought this was weird, but thinking nothing of it, I continued to fight the Blue. It was a strange fight because the only Pokemon he had were Rattatas. He also had more than six Pokeballs. He had around six to eight. After I defeated him with ease, I entered the Hall of Fame.
Within the Hall of Fame, there was a sea of purple. Rattatas were all over the room, crawling over the dead, blood-covered body of Oak. I ran out of the room and ran past Blue, who was being eaten by his own Rattata, blood on the ground surrounding him. The Rattatas started to chase me as I ran. I ran all the way back to Pallet Town, the army of Rattatas only increasing insize with each passing town. I ran into my house and into the corner of my room. The Rattatas surrounded my as a loud crunching noise came from the Game Boy speaker. The battery light turned red and shut off after that. I turned the Game Boy over to look at the batteries. It was empty. I forgot to put batteries in the system last night, but
The rat started sniffing the broken Game Boy case as it was followed by others. They were crawling from underneath porches, out of sewers, but most were coming from uncut grass from

We drove to the GameStop where we got the game. We walked over to the kid who was still on the ground. He looked up at us and asked what we needed now. We started kicking the absolute crap out of him. We figured since he had the game, if we killed him it would make the Rattatas disappeared. After about ten minutes, the wave of Rattatas had reached us and nothing was solved. So we grabbed the kid, dragged him into the back seat, and drove off to the first GameStop.

We ran into the GameStop, dropped the kid near the Playstation games, and told the employee about what happened. He recognized us from yesterday, and told us that he had a solution. He reached under the counter and pulled up a flamethrower, a Game Boy, and duct tape. He taped the Game Boy onto the flamethrower, told us to get back, and stood facing the door, waiting. We heard the rumble first, and then saw the wave of purple rats. Greg pulled out a handgun from his back pocket. I brought my fists up and prepared to fight. They Rattatas started to throw themselves at the glass door, slowly breaking the glass door. The broke through, and we began to burn the rats. Most of them died from the fire, but the lucky ones who made it past the flames were either shot or punched to death.
We were in the GameStop for three days, taking shifts burning the Rattatas. After that, we saw on the news that the number of Rattatas had greatly decreased in our area, but they were still popping up across the country. We knew that we had to go out and save the world from being taken over by the Rattatas, mostly because it was my fault all of this was happening. We decided to bring the kid that stole the games along with us. He has been unconscious for the past few days, but he still has a pulse so maybe
