[[Jeff the Killer]]- Yep, the unholy putrid piece of shit that first showed its horrendous face in 2011 still hasn't won FOTM. I mean, come on, its going to be 2017. That's going to be the current year, and I think that 6 years is FAR overdue.
 
[[There's No Escape]]- I'm nominating myself because this is my best creepypasta and it still fails miserably. It's practically begging to be ridiculed here.
 
[[Super Mario World Lost Episode]]- I also nominate this due to how much it blatantly rips off "Squidward's Suicide" and "Dead Bart." It doesn't even try to hide how unoriginal it is, it's that bad.

[[The Cat]]- One of my first attempts at creepypasta, this extrememely shitty piece of gargage should never have shown its shit-filled face. Unfortunately, I found it a week or so ago, and the rest is history, or as I like to call it, brain cell genocide.
