With this right, you can delete pages that you may consider spam, and unfunny articles (this includes unfunny one-sentencers too!) Not only that, but you can cascade (get by) protected pages, protect pages, AND not leave a re-direct when moving a page (which I don't think you'll use, unless if you made a mistake in publishing your page and you want to rename it to something different). But other than that, congratulations! If I were you, I would apply for administrator once you get 1000 edits overall. ==Whoopie... Another Notice==
I guess I wasn't clear enough on the last message. Leave a warning to not use the categories first, do not warn them that they're going to be blocked for three days. Warn them to not use the fake categories, if they still continue it then block them. If I was a regular user, and used a fake category called [[:Category:Blargh]], I would get a warning from an AVAST/Admin first. If I continue to use it (or another fake category), after the warning, then you institute the block. This rule is only left out if I created the category, or a series of categories.
