I see that you removed "WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS SHIT" from a page that had NSFW. We had gotten rid of that conflict since the beginning of February, I believe? But, yeah. I just got an email from a user who was blocked for a day for having a made up category, wasn't warned beforehand, added an admin-only category, and only used the accidental category once (after I had checked his contributions earlier today). Warn the user not to use the fake/admin-only categories, not block them. And if they use a fake/admin-only category again, block them. I guess I wasn't clear enough on the last message. Leave a warning to not use the categories first, do not warn them that they're going to be blocked for three days. Warn them to not use the fake categories, if they still continue it then block them. If I was a regular user, and used a fake category called [[:Category:Blargh]], I would get a warning from an AVAST/Admin first. If I continue to use it (or another fake category), after the warning, then you institute the block. This rule is only left out if I created the category, or a series of categories.
