"I love to take Benadryl, Benadryl, Benadryl! I love to take Benadryl, when I have allergies to kill!", I sang while going to my local HMV. There is something interesting! They have a lost Benadryl commercial from 1978, from when Pharmacia still makes the medicine. Pharmacia still exists, now only as a film company. So, I got the VHS, and went home singing the same song from when I went to HMV in the first place. I popped the VHS into my VCR, and there is something wrong as fuck. The Benadryl logo looks like an eyesore, with its green and yellow colors. Then, we show a newborn baby with a nasty infected bite, crying super loudly and hyper-realistically as blood squirted out of the infection. I got scared so easily, and my brain told me to keep watching. The camera then zoomed rapidly, ala the healing seal from the late 2000s-early 2010s commercials for Gold Bond, into the baby's mouth. The baby was still crying super fucking loudly and I am getting sick of the crying so easily. Then, the baby continued crying loudly until... BOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMMMMM! The baby exploded with lots of blood, as the commercial ends. I have been super traumatized from that Benadryl commercial. Two weeks later, I decided to e-mail Pharmacia. I didn't get a response until another two weeks, when it said:

The next day, I tried to find a video of the commercial that traumatized me, but... I saw something interesting instead that cheered me up! A Viro-Med commercial from 1978! Hurray! I clicked on the video, and I saw the entire commercial that started with the words, "VIRUS FLU". It cheered me up since it was owned by Whitehall, later MASS/Medic, and now Cricket. Consumer Healthcare.
