'''Q: How was Sonic.exe's long-lost sequel rediscovered?'''<br>
'''A:''' We periodically do archival work with the goal of preserving lesser known and lost stories from the classic years of creepypasta and trollpasta (2007 - 2012). This involves us going through public archives, as well as a few private ones that have been given to us. In early June 2022 one of our admins noticed that in one of the private archives among the many links in the "Unable to retrieve" section was a link to ''Sonic.exe 2'' on the Creepypasta Wiki. Assuming it was a fan-made sequel, the admin pasted the link to archive.org hoping the page was saved there, but it wasn't. After asking a Creepypasta Wiki admin to fetch the story, the Creepypasta admin messaged them the story privately and verified that it was not a fan story but a sequel written by JC himself. We subsequently uploaded the story here and, after further digging, it was discovered that Sonic.exe 2 had actually been uploaded here immediately after its Creepypasta Wiki deletion in March 2012, but was deleted a couple months later in September, possibly by accident.

'''Q: Where did the original PATRIXXX image originate?'''<br>
'''A:''' The original PATRIXXX image was created by DeviantART user Nickar (also known as 'Brushcommander') and [https://web.archive.org/web/20071018072217/http://nickar.deviantart.com/art/Patrick-Star-53997304 was uploaded on April 25, 2007] - although the post is archived, the image itself (Patrick_Star_by_Nickar.jpg) isn't. However, the image has been reposted under that filename on multiple other sites. The same user would later create an [https://web.archive.org/web/20100713210742/http://brushcommander.deviantart.com/art/Patrick-Star-125672648 updated version on June 12, 2009].

'''Q: Quite a few pages contain a "CHEESE'S NOTE:" disclaimer at the top. What does this mean?'''<br>
