Sorry, I just had to emphasize that. The penalty for creating new categories varies depending on the type of category/motivation behind creating it:

The penalty for this is a 1-week block the first time, a 2-week block the second time, a 4-week block the third time, an 8-week block the fourth time, and so on.
In the meantime, I would appreciate some help with purging all the useless, unnecessary categories from this wiki. Also, before putting this rule into effect, I would like to hear what Furbearingbrick has to say about it as she is the only other active admin on this wiki (please respond Fur).
