Back At The Barnyard - The Split Line
Back at The Barnyard was a special TV show from Nicktoons, It conquered Nicktoons as being the most popular Nicktoon next to Spongebob Squarepants and The Mighty B. Now, the characters in the show were pretty much the same as the movie, as in, EXACTLY the same! But one character seems to be ignored and hiding in the shadows for decades, that would be Freddy The Ferrett, now, nickelodeon and the creators of back at the barnyard had planned a special 2 parter episode named "Back At The Barnyard – Freddy's Mistake" Nickelodeon later delayed the project and changed it all together to "The Split Line" when nickelodeon found out the project was back, nickelodeon shot down the episode and was quickly canceled before anything else happened.
I was working as a janitor at nickelodeon studios when I noticed a closet next to the screening room named "Closet Room – USB/DVD Shelfs – DO NOT ENTER!" I looked at my badge to see if I was alowed to or not, I noticed a broom/mop logo (meaning your alowed to in the closets, but not for too long. Being a sneaky little person, I entered the closet, scanned quickly and grabbed a random USB drive before finishing my shift and going home. When I got home, I looked at the USB drive closely and noticed the name "BATB: TSL – S2E5" I opened the USB drive, plugged into my laptop and opened the folder. Inside was a picture called "Freddy.jpg" and a mp4 named "TheSplitLine.mp4" I've loved freddy and otters for 4 months, so, I was hyped! I clicked on the picture, it showed a crying freddy, sitting on top of a fence with Otis and Pig next to. I exited the picture and clicked on the mp4 file.
The intro went as normal but freddy wasn't in the intro, so I was neverous! The titlecard appeared in and it said "The Split Line" the episode starts with Peck and Freddy walking together, cluck was talking to freddy about what happened at the barn. Peck said to freddy "Freddy, are you ok? Your seemingly sweating alot" the camera flips at Freddy who was sweating a lot, I mean ALOT! "N-no, I'm ok, I'm just so..phew..So sweaty" freddy panted, wiping sweat from his forehead; Peck and freddy sat on the grass as peck said "Freddy, you need some rest" freddy interupted with "N-no, I'm fine..I-" Peck and freddy kept arguing when suddenly, the music stopped as freddy bit into peck's body, peck let out a cluck-scream. The camera showed abby and bessy walking the road as they noticed freddy with peck in his mouth. "FREDDY!" Bessy screamed; she stomped over and grabbed peck out of his mouth forcefully, peck slowly died as cartoony blood dripped on the grass as betsy and betty screamed at freddy, while freddy was on the verge of tears. "WHAT WAS ON YO MIND TO BIT OFF PECK, YOU IGNORANT BASTARD!" Bessy screamed. Freddy whimpered as he said softly "I..I..I didn't mean to." he got up and cried; "Peck was our friend, Freddy, why!? What caused you to bite poor peck!" Freddy whimpered as he said "I was just..hungry.." freddy got up and ran away as the camera fades out. Later in the barn, Otis was strolling over the grass when he noticed freddy sitting next to the coop. "Hey, Freddy, why the long faces?" Otis asked bending down at Freddy's level; "I..I killed Peck..On accident.." Otis frowned as freddy sniffled, he sat down next to and put a hand on his shoulder. "Hey, Hey, It's ok, Freddy, you don't need to be this sad." Freddy sighed, "Bessy and Abby found out, I wish I can just.." freddy looked at a piece of wood; Otis gasped "Freddy, Don't BLAME yourself for an accident you did, I'll talk to them." freddy perked a smile as he whispered "Thank you.." Otis strolled over as the camera snaps to black. It cuts to later that night where Abby, Otis and Bessy argued very loudly and lasted only 2 hours. When otis got back, he sighed sadly as he said to Freddy in a small strict tone "It's best if you leave the farm, Freddy, the girls are cheering because your leaving the barn." Freddy whimpered worse as he cried into otis's arms; "It's gonna be fine.." Otis whispered. Freddy packed his bags and left the barnyard as the credits slowly roll, even the "O-Mation" was crying and instead of a happy laughing Nickelodeon Logo, the kids were crying as the logo was a deep dark blue as the video ended.
Wow, that was the most depressing video I've ever seen In my LIFE! What was scary about the episode is that, no one at the barnyard EVER gets kicked out of the barnyard AT ALL! No one I've ever seen in all 2 season run of Back At The Barnyard I've ever seen a animal getting kicked out of the barnyard. Well, it's been 2 years from the episode experience and I've been battling depression, I've been cutting my wrists, I moved out of my home, I quit my job as a janitor and worse, I was diagnosed with ADHD, Bipolar Depression and A mental state of insanity. As I'm writing this, the FBI are performing a therapy session with me with two of the nicest people, let's hope..I don't have to experience this..again.
