Blue's Clues Periwinkle Misses His Friend Tape

Hello, my name is Garrett and I'm not gonna beat around the bush, here's my story. I'm in high school and when I get out of school I walk home, it's not that far away. Yesterday I found a VHS tape when I was walking home from school, the label was just white with the letter p on it. I decided to take it home as I didn't really have anything to do on the weekend. I put the tape into the VCR as I waited for some gruesome snuff movie is shown on the screen, I was pleasantly delighted as the screen showed the Blue's Clues intro. I obviously haven't watched Blue's Clues in a long time, so I decided to watch the entire tape for old times sake. It was also one of my favorite episodes of the show, the episode where the light blue cat named Periwinkle missed his friend and kept reminiscing about his old life in the city. Something I noticed is that whenever Periwinkle was on screen the picture quality got ever so slightly worse, otherwise the episode was fine. then the horror started. Static faded onto the screen as Periwinkle put his note into Mailbox, after a while the picture started to clear up showing a completely new scene of presumably Periwinkle's home—still in the art style of the show—right outside of a door of his owner's bedroom. Right after the scene was clearly visible the door furiously rattled like like someone was trying to get out, a few seconds later the rattling stopped and seconds later than that screaming was heard. After what felt like ages, the screaming stopped. Seconds later a body was thrown at the door with a hard thump, through the gap of the door at the bottom it showed Periwinkle dropping to the floor, with his rear end both covered in and oozing a red-white goo as he started to sob softly. The rest of the tape showed a black screen with white text saying "not everything is as it seems." I just sat there like an idiot trying to figure out what I just witnessed as I took out the tape from the player, putting it back in it's case. I quickly grabbed some painters tape as I put it over the cover. I then grabbed a sharpie as I wrote "DO NOT PLAY" on the tape. I than threw the case deep into my closet. If you find this tape anywhere—eBay, thrift stores, even on the street—report it to the authorities immediately.
