Hotel Mario: Cut Halloween Ending

Did you know that there was a cut hotel in Hotel Mario? It was called the cheese factory, and it was cut because the developers hated the idea. Well, there was more cut content in the game as well, such as a cut ending called "HALLOWEEN (1)" in the game's files, which I will talk about today.

The files had a message screen saying, "Have a spooktastic Halloween." I assumed it was for one of the holiday intros, but the was also a small animation.

Mario entered the toast room in Roy's castle and said "Aha, here's the problem; too many toasters!" like the original. He then did something different. He picked up something from his pocket and said "All toasters toast forks." He jammed a fork in one of the toasters, and the screen and music cut. After a few seconds it cut to an unfinished frame of Luigi looking at the hotel, then the animation ended.

My guess was that the scene was cut because the developers didn't want any children to copy Mario's actions, and it was also implied the Mario died from electrocution.
