IAMD3AD.exe
Okay, this is my first pasta but I needed somewhere to write this as I think this is the best place after what happened. This is a true story which happened about 1 week ago.
Most of this could be coincidence but I think not.
It was a crappy day at school (as usual since it was a Monday) and I was rather looking forward to getting home and playing some game demos that I downloaded the previous night but didn't get a chance to play. I walked home with my best mate Nick; we talked about random stuff as normal and we went our separate ways home and I knocked on the door to my house. I already knew something was odd around here but there wasn't anything to classify as odd so I passed it on. My mother opened the door and I greeted her, I went upstairs straight to my computer to see any updates on my Facebook or YouTube etc.
So I turned my computer on and logged in to my profile (which is password protected) and was worried with what I saw on the desktop screen. A file called IAMD3AD.exe was on the screen which wasn't there last night. I thought it was a prank by my sister but I remember it wasn't there when I turned off my PC so she couldn't have done it, and my user profile is password protected so I thought that it was an extra file from a download.
I clicked on it. My computer flashed a black screen and turned off. I quickly turned my laptop on again and luckily I didn't get the blue screen of death or whatever. Being my stupid self I opened it again and it opened fine expect I was scared by what I saw.
Corpses. Horrific images. Torture. I was wondering "What the hell?" and quickly closed the file but instead of my wallpaper of Pirates of the Caribbean - At World's End it changed into a horrible tormented face (A bit like a screamer with no noise) but the eyes looked strangely real but the face didn't really.
I quickly unplugged my computer and booted it up again with a restore disk which restores the computer fully (so the file IAMD3AD.exe and whatever else there was would be deleted. I went through the steps and was feeling rather a strong sense of relief and passed it on as a virus made by someone sick in the head. Once the computer was restored I was shocked by noticing there was nothing on the desktop, nothing but IAMD3AD.exe. I was pissed off and opened the file this time instead of the pictures, there was a .mp4 file called IAMD3AD so I was wondering if it would open because there was nothing on the screen, but oddly it did, so I listened carefully to a distorted voice or something which what I could make out said "Car crash". I got a new laptop the next day, free of IAMD3AD.exe bullshit, so I was please.
The next day, I was walking home from school with Nick and I noticed 2 police cars, an ambulance, and a body on the floor. A guy from a younger grade than he told us that a 20 year old man was hit by a car. I was shocked. The .mp4 file said Car crash... I passed this on as nothing to worry about so I got home and went on my computer accept there was a new file on the computer called TH3YAR3D3AD.exe (They are Dead.exe). I knew that this was a prank as I had no password on my account, but I didn't open the file but deleted it to prevent any thing else from happening.
I have some screenshots of the files which I put on my USB stick before restore.
