Month of the Dead
We all have had one experience in our lives where we've met someone and taken interest in them, and then they suddenly disappeared off of the face of the earth. Maybe it was that one girl you met in school when you were younger, and you fell for each other, and one month later. She just left without any prior notice or details, or a good friend you met overseas on vacation and when you wanted to exchange information before you left. Your friend was nowhere to be found... there is an explanation for this, every year, hundreds of men and women send applications to be caretakers for an event. To an address where nothing is to be found but a huge field, a mailbox in the center of the field, and then a giant forest behind the field. The people chosen by the field, will be caretakers to the risen, in the month of the dead.
What is the month of the dead you ask? The month of the dead, is where all of those who have died, young or old, but have no experienced a full life, rise for one month. Chosen at randomly which month, and also chosen at random which age they are throughout this month. Are given either a caretaker family, a caretaker spouse, or the opportunity to be a bachelor/bachelorette. Which allows them to live out their fantasies for a month, and raise no suspicion about anything to the surrounding area. After this month although, at exactly 11:50 all of the risen meet together at this field, and walk into the forest never to be seen again. Sometimes although, the dead get lucky and their month is chosen on December before the new year, and after the new year the month that is chosen happens to be January.
