Muting Rant (Copypasta)

I will not stand for this type of mockery. I was only trying to introduce myself and you are acting as though I have done something wrong. I was muted for an hour due to blatant abuse by one of the mods, I have no idea what I did and the only reason I can think of is because the mod was biased against me. I am tired of those who think that kicking or banning anyone who does the slightest bit of tomfoolery is "moderating". It shows that they have a primitive vide on what moderation should be. Moderation should be for the banning of those who are trying to tear apart your server, those who genuinely harass others with their words. I believe heavily in freedom of speech, so long as what you are saying is not hateful of genuinely harmful to someone. If you are annoyed by someone talking than it is your responsibility to remove yourself from the conversation. It is not your responsibility to silence others. I do not in any way believe that I own this place. In fact I have not made any such insinuations whatsoever. All I believe in is not muting someone who has a different opinion or set of ideals than you. I believe in discussion and friendly banter, not muting those who I do not agree with. I will not cry over the decisions of those who are clearly of lesser intellect and who refuse to have their perspective challenged. For one day you will realize that your methods are archaic and inefficient. You will be left in the dirt as the world progresses past you and your ideas. What have I even done that makes you think I am trolling? I've been harassed by server members nonstop since i've joined, and when I try defending myself the mods simply laugh at me and mute me, if this is your definition of "trolling" than you are mistaken my friend.
