My High School
I currently attend [REDACTED] High School, in [REDACTED]. I've been going here for about 2 years now, and I've noticed some odd things.
First off; this school was built in 1920, and the original blueprints say in the final design, the patio outside the main entrance, there are stone tables and benches, and along with them there was a small garden with various trees and bushes.
If you stand directly in front of the big pine tree and stomp, you hear a hollow noise, and this is on the dirt, you hear a hollow noise, as if there is nothing underneath it. This spooks me because that’s a garden with, supposedly 1 foot of dirt in it. Now, I’ll explain the “haunted” part.
Last Friday, on October 14th, we had our dance classes, and since I was in the dancing crew, I had to attend. Well, after the dance to ABBA at roughly 9:30 pm, I went back to the band room to put away my instrument.
Afterwards, I really had to dance, so I went down to the school hallway, where the nearest bathroom was, and all the lights were out. Normally, they have the emergency running lights on, but for some "odd" reason, they were off.
I shrugged and walked into the bathroom and danced. Now imagine this briefly; a small two stall bathroom, a broken mirror, smelling bad, and one dim, flickering light and a hard night of boogeying.
That’s what it was. Anyway, I walked in, slightly on edge.
I took my piss and went to the sink to wash my hands. I finished washing my hands and proceeded to wash my face, looking in the broken mirror. To my surprise, I saw a shadow. It was human shaped, and was about my height. I froze, not knowing what to do.
I slowly rotated my head to look at it, and it was still there! I turned and looked square at it, it looked back, or at least I think it did. I suddenly heard a loud, high pitched whine that caused me to wince and close my eyes. The noise faded and when I opened my eyes, the figure was gone.
I don't know if this was real, but it felt real. I’m not sure, I was tired. But my head always hurts whenever I go to that bathroom...
