This ritual is for the people whom wish to perform it and no one else. It is advised you do not try this, as many people have tried and paid the consequences for failure.
Firstly you must gather the following items:

A spoon (large)
Clay (Play-Doh will do)
A radish
A carrot
A cabbage
A large pot
Matches
Water
If you live in NYC or near it you can get the ingredients from simple stores. Then you may attempt this ritual.
For starters you must find a crumbling old building

After this go to a place that keeps records
No matter what you must confirm a murder had taken place here
Death both starts and sometimes unfortunately ends this ritual
Then you must enter the building after 11pm Eastern
He who enters before and tries will get no result
Everyone who has left the building without completing the ritual claims they experience
Nightmares and get very little sleep for the next two weeks
After you have entered the building place the pot in the middle of a room with a closet or doorway
Soon you must place the three food items in the pot
Killings and tortures of people committed by an unknown person will begin appearing in you mind
Each image will be the same for people, wait until they stop to proceed
Linking the clay together to make a circle around the pot place the food into it
Everyone who has tried cannot turn back from this point or the nightmares will not end.
Tough knocks will begin to come from the doorway in the room
On the 5th knock poor the water in the bowl and begin using the spoon to mix the ingredients
Normally you would do this easily but unless fear doesn't affect you the mix will take 20 minutes
Popping noises will be heard in the pot but do not stop stirring
Over the pot steam will begin to rise
Pretty hardcore erotic images will begin to flourish in your mind
Penis', vaginas, breasts etc. will be the most common
Every second of these will be true horror as they will worsen with each stir
Don't stop now or you will be plagued with nightmares for the rest of your life
Opening the pot will reveal it to be empty with no sign of any ingredients whatsoever
Under the opening of the door white feet will appear
This is the time to run, if you see what comes out of that closet you will be cursed for ever.

Real ending
The ghost of the man committing the images you saw will appear. You may ask him any question, but the right question is "Why did you do these horrible things?"
The shade will move towards you, and in a harsh whisper will say:
"Because I could."
You will then wake up in your bed with the gift of prophecy, but with the curse of no one believing you.
