Now I am One of Them

I am forced to do this. Please don't think I would like it, but I have to kill you.

Am I serious? I'm afraid it's true. You will be dead soon. Why? Because they want you! You are the barrier between our world and theirs. And if I don't kill you, they will kill me. You might ask yourself "What will happen if I die and they can travel into our world freely?"

Right? I had the same question. They refused to tell me what exactly they were going to do, but assured me I would be fine... Why exactly you are this barrier that hinders them from entering our world you ask?

Behind this there is a bigger cause than your life, or mine! Two powers exist in this universe. They used to be called "God" and "the Devil" but that isn't accurate. Our world is the battlefield of two opposing factions. None of them are "good" or "evil". The ones that are referred to as "God" have managed to seal the "Devils" from our world by creating a human whose lifepower is strong enough to keep a barrier intact. Gods and Devils can't kill humans, but they can communicate to them. They can manipulate their surroundings. They can make ships sink or create earthquakes. But they can't manipulate the surroundings of those who are pure of heart. You are. I am not. If I want to live you must die!

You will be dead the second you read the first word of every paragraph!
