Rugrats: Dream
I was searching the attic on Sunday while my parents were shopping for groceries, I decided to take out the box labeled "old tapes". I opened the box to find a variety of tapes. One on the top caught my eye because of the familiar face.
It was labeled "Rugrats: Dream", on the cover was Angelica with Spike, Tommy and Chuckie. Something was different how the way they looked. Spike looked very mad and was sitting on a ground holding his hands while Tommy was on a river looking very depressed with his fist in the air and one of his clothes were missing, Chuckie was sitting on a pile of hay with the evil grin on his face, he was holding something, I can tell that it was a pitch fork with something dripping on it (You know I found this when I was 7 and it was all in color (the cover and the movie)).
I quickly went into my basement, popped it into the VCR player and wait for it to start. At first, there was black screen with buzzing playing, the screen quickly showed the picture of Chuckie leaning in the middle of skulls and crossbones. After that, it went to the title screen. It started as the nice day with Drew on the boat, he looks very edgy.
Tommy comes from the garden in hurry and he yells at Drew and Drew just pushes him into the water. The video distorts for a couple of seconds and shows Tommy coming out of the garden again. This time, when he runs to Drew, Tommy grabs him and whips him. Tommy walks up to him and you get a close-up of him that shows complete anger.
Words appear saying "10 minutes later" and shows the gang on a hill, looking at the mirror, all four of them have scared expressions on their faces, Chuckie reaches for the mirror and lightning strikes the glass shattering. Chuckie and Tommy were fine but Angelica fell off the hill bumping too him. The video distorts again and you hear a laugh.
It shows a broken mirror again and you see shards of glass that remain on the mirror glowing a dark red. Chuckie looks around and Tommy is seen falling down the mountain. Once Chuckie looks back at the mirror the hand grabs him to the mirror and comes the evil and wrecked up Chuckie, his clothing is ripped off and he is beast-like. The screen fades to Tommy on a rock all cut up and bleeding. It shows the bright glow revealing the strange figure.
Then it shows the words "After Drew" and Tommy is seen with dark liquid on him and the hay. Chuckie and Spike burn a boat down and all two of them get closer to the screen. It shows the garden in fire. As they walked, they got bigger and bigger with more sharper teeth, Spike's face fall down, showing only the mouth and the eyes, you see Drew's grave burned in the corner with the hand coming out.
I jumped out of my seat and pushed the TV slamming it and stopping the video just as they walked into the camera. I then burnt the video and the box and throwed the TV into the fire.
I will never forget what I have watched.
