How to Apply:
- Create a subpage with your username (i.e. Project:Requests/Apply/Username).
- State the reasons you would like/need the rights.
- Add the voting template: {{Request/Vote}}
- Add a link to your application below with a timestamp, with 5 tidles, not 4: [[/Username/]] ~~~~~
