The Dead Gamer
"Ahh", I said, waking to the fresh morning light. I went downstairs, got some waffles and heated them up. I ate them with some sweet syrup. I ate them quickly, then hopped on my computer. I logged on, then opened up Google Chrome. The blank staring page had some weird ads about this game. I thought it was an update, so I skipped it and went to the IGN website. They dedicated their website to a stupid free FPS? I called my friend over to play it with me. I downloaded the game. It went on my game disc pretty fast. So I waited for my friend. He turned up pretty late. He said that this creepy guy tried to grab him.
We both shrugged and started up the game. I told my friend to play a round or two, while I used the restroom and went to get a snack. He agreed and played a bit. I was eating a bowl of cereal, when I heard a scream. I assumed he got angry, because he rages a lot. So I continued to eat, when he screamed more. His screams sounded like they weren't rage. They screamed in horror and fright.
He came running down the hall, yelling, screaming, and flailing everywhere. I went and grabbed him by the shoulders. His mouth was opened, even though he stopped screaming. I saw that his eyes were completely white, blood streaming out of his nostrils, covering his mouth. He also had a black gunk oozing out of his ears. He made a gagging noise and passed out. I went into my room to see what happened. I didn't see anything wrong so I played a bit. It was completely safe. I didn't die, I just kept killing everyone. I was about to win, the game wrapping up. "Yes, yes!" I said excitedly. I was suddenly gripped around my mouth. I screamed, but it was extremely muffled. I was pulled out of my chair, being held by my neck to watch the screen. I stared wide-eyed at my non moving character. An enemy got a headshot on me, then I started gagging.
At 12:36, Tony and his friend were found dead in Tony's house.
