The Films

I was wondering if anyone has heard of the '[REDACTED] Films'.
It was recently leaked to the public following a covered-up police chase involving 8 missing college students. The origin of the link is unknown, and the full video usually gets taken off YouTube. Although one of my friends emailed me about it and even included the attachment of the full video.
The '[REDACTED] Film' can be somewhat disturbing to watch, and the video link probably will be taken down, so I've carefully studied it and typed out a full transcript of the full 50 second clip.
I don't know what to make of it though; the police probably had the same problem.
0:00 - Video Starts
0:02 - Cuts to a shot inside what appears to be the interior of a bus. The camera turns around and shows shots of 7 panicked college students. It appears too bright to see who was driving, or what was outside.
0:09 - The audio is a bit distorted and sharply amplified, but the words "It's still outside" are clearly audible.
0:11 - It cuts to a different scene. A man is sitting on a living room carpet, weeping in the dark. The room is slightly lit from blue candlelight. (I still don't know why the light was so strange)
0:13 - It cuts back to the bus. The whole cabin shakes violently, several squeals of fear and panic from the students are heard. A dark shadow begins to darken the windows.
0:17 - Back to the living room. Whoever is holding the camera paces around so you can see the man's face. It was obscured by his dark hair. (I realized later it wasn't hair, but extremely dark blood.)
0:20 - Back to the bus. A window shatters, and a distorted mass quickly pours in. The Camera man is behind 2 of the other students. Bloody lacerations appear on their bodies. The camera man falls.
0:25 - Not the living room or the bus. Whoever is holding the camera is Jittery from fear. A small hospital, a crib in the room. The camera man walks to it slowly and lifts the fabric. Inside is a baby doll with no eyes, Its mouth covered in duct tape. Even more disturbing: A meat cleaver lies next to the doll, covered in a black vicious liquid.
0:32 - Back to the bus. The window is still broken, and the camera is static, like on a tripod. The students are sitting in the seats, perfectly aligned with the person on front of them. Their heads look straight ahead.
0:37 - Outside, a tree-covered street lined with houses. The sun makes lush sunbeams shine through the leaves. The camera zooms in on the bird.
0:42 - Complete Black
0:43 - Same shot of the bird, but it's eyes are crying blood. The feathers on the wings look extremely mutilated, a string was tied around its neck. It slowly opens its mouth, and a blinking human eye inches out. (I stopped at this point it was extremely gruesome. I then gathered strength and kept watching.)
0:46 - Back to the bus, but this footage is taken on the front of the bus. All the students are smiling, and a small patch of duct tape stuck on their neck. Their morbid grins are made worse by the fact that they all had no eyes. A trickle of blood leaks out of each socket.
0:47 - The students chant together in exact sync; "We are sorry."
0:50 - Video ends.
The video ends at that. I counted all 8 students, so they must have placed the camera and sat down. The rest I can't even explain.
A later police report states that all windows of the bus were shattered, and the door was caved in. The students disappeared. Dried blood covered the undamaged interior, and bits of bone later identified as skull were found on the steering wheel, encased in a layer of mucous-like pinkish substance. That was the only information leaked.
What happened to those people?
