The Girl in the Computer

My name is Katy. I recently moved to a new house with my mom dad and big sister. We moved to this house near England. Our old house was in the northern part of Scotland so it took hours till we eventually got there. When we got there it was a nice looking house located in a quiet peaceful village. I decided to go exploring for a bit. It was a pretty big house. But it's not like a mansion though. All the rooms I visited were very dusty. And the house itself looked like it was built in the 20th century. After visiting some rooms I went up to the attic. When I went in the attic there was one thing that caught my eye. It was a painting of a girl holding a few flowers. She looked like she was 11 or 12. But the painting was positioned in an awkward way. It was sort of tilted and it looked like there was something behind it.

I walked up to it and moved it aside. When it was fully out of the way there was a small hole to crawl into. It looked like there was something at the end. I just managed to fit through and when I got to the end I was a bit surprised. At the end there was a table a stool, and on the table was a computer. The computer looked like one of those old computers. I thought it was going to be covered in dust but to my surprise it was sleek and clean. I was curious about it so I switched it on.
