The Truth about Undertale's Happy Town

You know about the Undertale song "Happy Town", right? The one that can only be heard in the Sound Test, which is only accessible with a fun value of 65? Well, I have a theory. Maybe the citizens of this so-called "Happy Town" aren't actually happy. Perhaps they are actually in a dictatorship run by Gaster. All the citizens are forced to work in a Meat Factory and when someone has "anti-revolutionary thoughts", something known as the "Trouble Dingle" begins playing until they have ended.
