Awakened suddenly at midnight.
I got from bed with all my might
As I tried to turn the light on.
Took a glance at the mirror.
I saw something that filled me with terror.
A black creature laying on the ground.
Sitting there making no sound.
I backed away to the wall.
As he stood on the floor.
He approached me smiling.
He picked me up holding a knife
The worst thing is I couldn't fight.
As he was going to stab me in the heart.
He disappeared like I did something smart.
I couldn't understand.
Is this a dream or am I just mad?
The power returned and I looked at the clock.
It's been an hour since I woke in a shock.
I entered the bathroom to take a shower.
Suddenly I remembered midnight is the witching hour.
