(Note: Its important to take into consideration my Old Account) Must have been active in the chat for 2 weeks:  I Have Been on Chat for a Very long time, Long before november 2013. Must have 50 edits:  Yes, Even if Most of them may be on my old account Must know the chat rules:  Know Them well, To Be fair. Must be able to handle conflicts quickly:  Not only can I Do that, But I Can do that Very well. Must not have more than THREE chat bans:  I have None, Well, No serious ones at that.
