Consensus: Passed. Skepolo applications are apparently open, so I decided once again to reapply for chatmod rights. As we all know I've been one for four months, made approximately fifty bans and have absolutely no history of abusing the rights, nor making any sort of mistake with them. I was even given temporary mod a few times since my demotion and nothing went wrong, so you know that you can trust me with permanent rights. Again, to get the rights I must have been active in the chat for a month, which I have, must know the chat rules, which I do, must be able to handle conflicts quickly, which I've done before and can do again, and must not have more than three chat bans, which I don't, unless you count joke bans. We also don't have enough mods and quite a few users agree with me. Some have also said that I would be a useful mod. There are still too many times when there are absolutely no mods and the chat still needs mods in a non-European timezone. I'm active, I know the rules and I have experience, and while some other possible candidates may also qualify for the rights, they aren't active enough, or else they would've probably been promoted by now. Whether you choose to support or oppose this, sign your votes.
