Should we consider making the "Funneh" and "Unfunny" categories admin-only? 'Cause I've noticed they've been abused a LOT lately.
And if we make them admin-only, how would we make it clear that non-admins aren't supposed to use them? Should we revamp the Category List?
UPDATE: It should be noted that Funneh is no longer a category, so now NOBODY can add it.
