It means you didn't update the List when you added a new pasta. I deleted every single article that wasn't linked on the List, or anywhere else, and fell into Special:LonelyPages.

Because so many damn people didn't update the List, that's why. I didn't have time anymore to block dozens of people a week after tracking down the pages they created and didn't bother adding to the List. It's just too much of a hassle. There were literally OVER A THOUSAND pages in Special:LonelyPages. Would you want to deal with all that?

Did you use proper internal links when you added them? Like [[Story title]]? Because if you used external links, like [http://trollpasta.wikia.com/wiki/Story_title Story title], it won't register as having ever been linked as an internal wiki link, and when I see it on that list of orphaned pages as it will inevitably end up on, I am forced to assume it was never added to the List in the first place.
