How it happened

I tried copying data from Super Mario All-Stars + Super Mario World, you know, the one where it's All-Stars but they added Super Mario World to the cartridge as well. I thought everything went fine when it finished the copy, but then I tried to run the ROM...

The Incident

I started playing the game, but something was kind of weird. The usual chatter at the beginning wasn't there, it sounded more like angry grunting; I skipped past all that shit and went to the game select menu, which played out as normal. I was trying to pick my game when all the sudden the music stopped on a dime and a strange screen appeared telling me about how "it's against the law to copy video games." I was disappointed in my lack of success, but then something else happened soon after. A weird sound started playing and I saw something flashing onscreen, and it started becoming warped. But then the screen showed a giant picture of who I thought was Mario, but I could hardly tell because it flashed for about a second and then froze on a black screen. I waited for a long time for something else to happen, but nothing did. I'm fucking scared right now. Nintendo put this into the game?
