AITA for "stealing" stories from r/nosleep authors?
Hello, I'm a YouTuber narrating horror stories. Recently I stumbled upon a horror story written by a vegan fat religious trump supporter anti vaxxer autistic author. I read some of his stories and saw they were really good and perfectly fit my channel, so I decided to narrate them.
At first everything went great and I was gaining a lot of subscribers from his stories alone. Than I decided to look for stories that weren't his and found more vegan fat religious trump supporter anti vaxxer autistic authors. I narrated them too and my channel really blew up in subscribers to the point it was starting to become my full time job
But than, the original vegan fat religious trump supporter anti vaxxer autistic author found out I was narrating his stories and asked me to stop narrating his stories "or else". I refused, does that vegan fat religious trump supporter anti vaxxer autist really think he can stop me? I'm more successful than he will ever be. For a week everything went fine, than he told all the other vegan fat religious trump supporter anti vaxxer autistic authors and together told me this: Either I stop narrating their stories, give them all the money I make from the channel "or else". Again I ignored them for obvious reasons
Next up, the mods messaged me. You know already, "stop or else". I laughed out loud and made a video on my channel ridiculing them.
Than, I saw the announcement r/nosleep was shutting down for a week. "Who cares, I had a load of videos ready anyways!" I thought.
Shutdown day came, and on day 1 there was a creepy figure in the window. Day 2, there were 2, day 3, there were 3 and a baby creepy figure. Eventually there were dozens of creepy figures and they were trying to break into my house. Now I can't make videos because they are too loud and I'm scared to leave the house. I can't call the police because they'll arrest me for "copyright violation".
I tried messaging the vegan fat religious trump supporter anti vaxxer autistic authors but they told me in order to save myself, I have to give them 284,124.56 dollars. Thing is, I only have 284,124.55 and they won't give me a discount. Don't tell me to sell the house because nobody wants to buy a house surronded by creepy figures.
Now I looked out of the window and saw among the creepy figures there were all the vegan fat religious trump supporter anti vaxxer autistic authors. I tried to make a deal with them: I'll tell them about other narrator YouTubers and they will leave me alone. I told them but they didn't leave me alone and now they told me their house is also surrounded by creepy figures. By the way now the creepy figures are getting even bigger and they gave me a super creepy weird list of rules to follow. So reddit, AITA?
