I seen him once. Have you too?

It starts when you see an insect or a head somewhere. But when you look at it, it's gone and all you see is a gray blur. Others have seen it... I'm not crazy, why am I here?

Patient 83739's cause of death seems to be lethal stab wounds.

The most probable conclusion is suicide since patient was holding the knife on his dominant left hand, and there are no visible signs of struggle.

Possible cause of suicide was deep paranoia, relevant to the "boy in the box mystery" towards which he claims the 'boy' is seeking vengeance by causing deep fear and thereby causing suicide.

He claims in his notebook that it exists on the edge of sight, and when he looks at it, it turns into a gray blur. After a few weeks of this he starts to see the 'boy's' face which causes his fear. Several suicides have been linked to this story.
