Well, im pretty sure your have read Cupcakes, That creepypasta, But theres more to the episode this part was made with Gmod, i dont know why but it was and i cant say anything about it.
It starts out with rainbow dashes corpse laying on surgrey table, thats when scout walks in, He see's her corpes with her orgains gone, but then scout crys it super real, like actual ones, he acts tramitized and he just, cant talk heavy is next to him and says " oh my god " just like in meet the heavy.
I cant say anything else till tommrow, so ill post another part later.
