Hannibal was slumped over his strategy table. He was scrutinising maps like a person might scrutinise their faeces if it fills the bowl.
"We can't do it!" Hannibal cried. "It will take five months to cross the alps in order to attack the Roman Empire from the rear!"
"Did someone say attack from the rear?" said a mysterious stranger.
Hannibal turned around in shock. "Who are you?" demanded Hannibal.
"I have a proposition for you," said the stranger, ignoring Hannibal's question, "I will take you across the alps"
Hannibal paused. "You can't do it," Hannibal retorted. "I am the world's greatest military commander and I can't do it."
The stranger replied, "I can do it. I'm Manny the bus driver."
Hannibal had no response.
"There will be a price," said the stranger, dropping his pants.
