Invasion of the Doppelgängers
OK, so I was driving back from work. It was already very dark outside. I couldn't even see the stars. So I came up to my home.
"Honey I'm home!", I said as I entered. My wife said "Hi! I'm in the kitcken, cooking diner!"
Hearing hear voice sent a chill down my spine. I sounded like her normal voice but there was something... different. I stepped into the kitchen. She had her back turned to me. So I asked with feigned nonchalance, "So what is it you're cooking tonigth?" She answered, "Oh it's a suprise!" Then she turned and I froze as soon as I saw her face!
OMG Her eyes were wide open... and she was grinning litteraly from ear to ear, showing way to many sharp teeth!! "Are you not HUNGRY?", she said in her horrible voice. I slowly backed up and then ran oustide the house.
So I was runnig in the streets yelling "help me! help!" and a ran accross a policer officer. So I said "Please help me police officer!" He turned around and looked at me "How can I help you?"
OMG He has the same crazy eyes and that horrible grin!!! So I run around in the streets. All the people turned around to face me!
OMG!!! They all have those wild eyes and scary grin!!!
SO I decided to commit suicide. I ran to the nearest bridge and jump. Everything went immediately to black!
Then I woke up in a hospital. I could hear various hospial machines beeping around and smell the aseptic smell of an hospital. I was in a lot's of pain but now it all makes sense! I had been in a car accident everything had been just a nightmare.
So I said out loud: "OMG it's just an accident, I had an horrible nightmare". Then I heard a nurse nearby say "Yes, you are safe now". But there was someting weird in her voice. I openned my eyes and OMG! She was staring at me with the scary crazy eyes and that horribe ear to ear teethy grin!!!
Then I asked "But nurse, why does my face hurts so much?" "Oh," she said, "we fixed you!" and she put a mirror up my face.
OMG!!!! They surgeried that horrible grin on my face!!! I'm one of them now! One of them!!!
