I honestly like [https://trollpasta.com/w/index.php?title=Template:NSFW&oldid=273192 this attempted redesign] better than the current one, which looks kinda atrocious in the new wiki layout. Like, even if we don't use that one in particular, I think this template badly needs a design overhaul. Just my two cents.
