The Forest
Hello, my name is Jack don't ask me my last name or where I work, I can tell you I work in the USA where there is quite a bit of forests in my area. I do not want to bring anyone else into this it is too dangerous. This is not a cry for help this is a stay the fuck away from where I am, or you'll get killed by whatever is out there.
Anyways too much backstory let's get into it. It started when I was selected to pratol the no-camping areas in the forest where it is too dangerous or just too peaceful for people to sleep there. Often there are cliff faces or meadows that are just too high or the grass is too tall but one of the peaceful areas is a really nice picnic area about 12 miles out into the forest there is nothing wrong with it but it is just too cool to sleep in and it is pretty close to one of those areas that are filled with dead plants a deadfall is what they are called. If you rolled too much you would fall off the edge you would die either from falling from a height that high up. Or you can end up getting impaled by the trees at the bottom anyways, I was at the park and I sat down for a bit just to relax I must've nodded off because it was night when I woke up.
"Holly shit" I thought as I ran back making sure I did not see any people sleeping in the off-limits area.
That is when I got this terrible smell in my nose it smelled like rotting flesh an animal must have died, I thought so I checked it out. I could not be more wrong there was a body of a man about 27 years old torn to pieces and naked I flipped him over to check his pulse but I knew he was gone before I checked his whole stomach was torn off and all his internals were mussing, heart, lungs, even the fucking intestines were gone. I called it in, and the man was lifted back to the welcome center where he was shipped off to the coroner. It was later reported that he died of a bear attack. But I knew better
"What the hell kind of bear can take out organs without damaging the fucking bones?" I screamed out of fear and anger the coroner replied calmly almost as if he saw this kind of thing before.
"The organs must have fallen out or rotted away hell, a small animal could have eaten them." I was shocked before I could speak again, I heard screaming from the forest.
"WHAT THE HELL?! SAY AWAY OH MY GOD FUCK SOMEONE HELP ME PL-" the screaming was cut off I rushed into the forest toward the screaming now just loud gurgles and grunts when I got there I drew my side arm and shot at the beast it was NOT a bear it was about 13 feet tall on its 4 legs and a dark crimson red most likely from blood stains. The creature let out this terrible screech and I ran back. I need advice.
