Then Jeb kissed his Mom goodbye, and went to his friend's birthday party, which was conveniently near an old Native american burial ground, a haunted house where there were cats that murdered people, as well as the Haunted doll factory.

A few minutes later, when all of the guests came, Freddie opened his first gift. It was an Elmo costume with Hyper-Realistic Eyes, and it almost looked like it was alive!
Behind a dumpster at the party where 3 bullies with machine guns, and napalm. They had their target set, Jeb's face. When they attacked Jeb, Jeb suddenly got super strength and punched 2 of the 3 bullies unconscious. But the 3rd bullie decided that he should use his napalm, and burn Jeb's face off as a last ditch effort.
