Not only are you 100 edits short, but you hardly edit articles anymore. Try re-applying when you start helping out again... In fact, those are extremely mediocre edits (for the most part). The only good edits you have were from January and February. I know rollback is a very simple right, but I think it should be granted to users who want to help out. Plus you don't even HAVE 200 article edits. You only have 103. lol. Also, quality > quantity.
