Howday! You probably remember me as the admin over on CPW, which I am not anymore. But, anyways. If you're adding something from CPW, make sure that you add Category:Deletion Log Refugees to your stories.

Either or will do. I put the Santa Claus one on the cpwuser=yes thing, so that it redirects to your CPW user profile.

Well. The rules for categories are the same here as for CPW. You cannot create new categories and some categories cannot be on the same page to other categories. But, unlike CPW, there are some shortcuts to categories (like Category:Loads of Characters with the character articles]]). There are also user categories which you must not add to a page, unless if you're the user himself/herself. If you're curious, we have the Category list and its guidelines. Hope this helps!
