I found something on Rapidshare. I used Kega Fusion to emulate it and it worked. Title screen's left alone, but Act 1 basically had some palette changes that made the stage feel new. Didn't see any other changes to the stage though. Speed ran through it like a boss. Although something was weird at the end. After you run through the sign post, that "You Pas..."
