A Suggestion

I think you should apply for rollback here. I checked your contributions and I think you're very capable for the right. The only thing I see that can be a problem is your on and off inactivity, but I think it's manageable as long as you don't come on each month and make 10 edits for one month. Rollback doesn't have much responsibilities like administrators have, but you get a fancy button that helps you undo a series of bad edits on a page (like if one person added ten fake categories within ten minutes, you can press a button in the history called "rollback" and it'll undo all of the users bad edits within seconds). If you do consider my suggestion, here's the request page, and follow those rules. Please do not hesitate to leave a message on my talk if you have more questions.
