A Suggestion
I think you should apply for rollback here. I checked your contributions and I think you're very capable for the right. The only thing I see that can be a problem is your on and off inactivity, but I think it's manageable as long as you don't come on each month and make 10 edits for one month. Rollback doesn't have much responsibilities like administrators have, but you get a fancy button that helps you undo a series of bad edits on a page (like if one person added ten fake categories within ten minutes, you can press a button in the history called "rollback" and it'll undo all of the users bad edits within seconds).
