:Restored only six of their stories, as they were the only ones not to use AI. Everything else was 40-60% AI-generated according to the different programs I'm using. The shorter ones, surprisingly enough, were the worst offenders, being 70-80% AI generated. [[User:Thermometer|Thermometer]] ([[User talk:Thermometer|talk]]) 03:34, 1 September 2023 (UTC) |

:For the majority of their stories, multiple AI detectors gave a 40 to 60 percent chance of being AI generated, for the ones that I restored they gave 'most likely written by a human'. After checking for myself, they did seem noticeably different from the AI generated ones, I've spoken to said user a few times as well and they do have this odd peculiar way of typing so that does check out. As for the AI stylistic quirks, it unfortunately wouldn't be the first time I've seen something like that happen... Apologizing
Hello. I used to frequent the site way back when under the name "Rollertoastertycoon.dishwasher".
1. I'm sorry for being such a shit.
2. Do you have any archives of my chats?
EDIT: Would you consider "A Trekkie's Tale" suggested reading due to its historical significance? —Preceding unsigned comment added by MargaretThatcher (talk • contribs)

The page's revision history is somehow screwed up. I tried deleting then undeleting it to see if that would fix the issue but now the same error appears when I try undeleting it. I made a task on Phabricator asking them to look into the issue so hopefully we'll get a fix for it soon.

- Tried tweaking the NSFW template a bit to make it look less dated. Tell me if it needs more work. Thermometer (talk) 11:27, 22 April 2022 (UTC)
Black Mesa
Don't remove the images from the Black Mesa series, they're on Spinpasta: https://spinpasta.fandom.com/wiki/Black_Mesa:_Blast_Pit - I've had the series' linking/re-organization on my to-do list for a few weeks lol

Hello There
Maybe add a category about pastas based off of books. (e.g. Harry Potter, Diary of A Wimpy Kid, Warrior Cats, etc.) Garfnoblade (talk) 19:54, 10 November 2022 (UTC)
Removal request
Hello there. I apologize for the indirect method of contact, but I was unable to find any sort of messaging system on this site (at least on mobile). I authored two of the stories on this wiki, and I would like to formally submit a request for the pages' removal. These pastas are "The Wrath of the Titan", the PokePasta, and "Boktai: Black Sun". Thank you for your time. Bladecrossexe (talk) 12:50, 25 April 2023 (UTC)
Two things
Trying to get as much feedback from the others as possible.
One: User:Thermometer/Sandbox - New proposed NSFW and JOKE templates. Thoughs/suggestions?
Two: Splitting up the Classics category into two. 'Classics' and 'Hall of Fame'. Classics would be reserved for stories that were popular within the wider creepypasta and/or YouTube community, while Hall of Fame would be solely for stories that were popular within the trollpasta community and/or became inside jokes, such as Youtube 2, BOB.EXE, Charlie the Killer, Over the hedge 2, etc. etc.

Whoops
Was doing auto-fixes with the bot Special:Contributions/TrollpastaBot, guess I forgot to exclude 404.

- Think I figured out a way to circumvent it. LOLSKELETONS (talk) 11:43, 30 August 2023 (UTC)
re
Oof, will do when I get the chance. I skimmed through one or two of their stories a few months ago and thought it was okay-ish. Re-reading the ones you deleted though, it's definitely mostly AI generated. Not good.

- I put several of their stories through https://copyleaks.com/ai-content-detector and they appear to be a mixed bag. Half are almost completely AI generated, the others are 'likely written by a human'. Still, that is some extreme usage of AI. Very much not acceptable. I drafted a Content Policy a few days ago that's meant to go into details as to why certain stuff isn't allowed. I uploaded it a few hours ago but haven't made it official/implemented it just yet. Feel free to edit it and add stuff as you please, not just regarding AI but anything you deem necessary. - Thermometer (talk) 02:46, 1 September 2023 (UTC)
- looks like only this story Taimanin Asagi Lost Episode: Pill Cosby was 'with certainty' not written with AI, at least according to that site, lol. Thermometer (talk) 03:06, 1 September 2023 (UTC)
